We opened Just Croissant because we wanted a place in Prague where mornings feel good — where the croissant is properly laminated, the coffee is made with care, and nobody rushes you out the door.
You'll find us on a quiet Vinohrady street, in a bright room with bamboo counters and warm light. Come for brunch. Stay for another coffee. Or a glass of prosecco — no judgement.
